We take the right people, train them to every other inspector's standards, then train them to HomeMedic standards. We believe that if an inspector is in business to stay, the goal is not to max out fees - it's about putting their needs first. The golden rule is still a thing, and we believe that people appreciate it when it gets used. Our customers can't wait to refer their friends to us, and wouldn't let them use anyone else.
First, we get you trained to the same level other inspectors go. Then, we have proprietary online training. While you're doing that, we're training you with the best inspectors out there. After that, and this will not be a suprise, we continue to train you for the rest of your career. You will continue to train and be trained - mentor and mentee. Peer review, peer support, peer assistance. Oh - and we have a lead generation system that nobody else can match. That's how we roll.

If you're about doing less and getting more, or if you want to stiff-arm the client (have them show up for a review at the end), or you want to recommend tests that the client doesn't need because they pad your pocket - well, to put it bluntly, we don't want you. We're looking only for people whose goal is to protect families, and who do the same type of inspection they would do for their own brother or sister. If that's not you, we're not for you.
